Even eggs, soybeans, wheat, flour, these major items cause skin problems and most of them are resolved after 3 to 4 years, but in adults and children over 5 years of age, peanuts, walnuts, Pistachios, hazelnuts, nuts, mangoes, etc. are related to nuts, fish, oysters, shrimps, seafood and seeds such as sesame.

In general, the allergy does not get better in adults less than 5 years and it should be observed more, and in adults, digestive aspects are more, that is, when they eat, digestive problems are more, after milk, which is important in the first 2 years of life, then eggs. In children, there are a lot of skin problems, mainly in the form of dryness and eczema in the first 5 years, and in adults, digestive and skin conditions are less common, and sensitivity to bread and soy is present at both ages. Bread has an important place in our culture. 

If you are allergic to wheat bread, you can use corn bread, oak bread, or don’t eat bread at all, this will reduce these problems. 

There are people who have respiratory problems, that is, they sneeze or runny nose when they eat food, or we know it as cross-reaction between food and plant pollen, especially people who have nasal allergies cannot eat in special seasons, for example, a birch tree. or birch, they are allergic and cannot eat peaches or apples, but when they are pollinated, they can use them the rest of the year.

Those whose esophagus is sick (esophagus is a tube between mouth and stomach), the problems are more in adults and food plays an important role. Additives are also problematic for some people, but not like the mentioned cases. 

In the case of asthma, up to 6% of people with asthma get worse with food, and the issue is the part of asthma itself.
