 The treatment of sinusitis consists of two parts, the first part is related to personal care and the second part is related to drug treatment.

Place a warm and moist cloth or towel (heated with steam) on your face several times a day.
Drink plenty of fluids daily.
Doing fumigation or exposure to water vapor (for example, in a hot bath) for 2 to 4 times a day is very useful.
Use Nasal Saline several times a day.
The thing you should pay attention to is not using excessive sprays and decongestants.
These drugs may respond well in the first few days of use, but after 3 to 5 days of use, they will make the situation worse. Antibiotics are usually not needed in cases of acute sinusitis.
Most of these infections will go away on their own, but if the symptoms of sinusitis persist and the symptoms do not improve, or if the severity of the symptoms worsens over time, or if the symptoms recur, antibiotics must be taken. .
