1-Change in eating habits

2- Avoid taking harmful drugs

3- Avoiding inappropriate clothing and coverings

4- Avoid inappropriate makeup

5- Avoiding wrong entertainment

6- Avoiding addictions and dangerous dependencies 

7- Avoid reckless sports.

8- Avoiding false friendships with problematic people.

9- Avoiding friendship with animals (people who are allergic to animals)

10- Avoid staying in allergic conditions.
