Why is food allergy important to us?

In the past decades, people with food allergies have increased so that 4% of adults and 8% of children are involved in food allergies.

In this case, there are more children

The worst thing in the medical world is anaphylactic shock, and the most common cause of anaphylactic shock is severe food allergy.

In adults, after bee allergy, anaphylactic shock is the second cause of severe death, and in children, it can be the first cause of death by food. They enter the body in contact with the skin.

Another reason food allergies are so important is that they are so complex that they cannot be considered simple allergies. Because it is dependent on the immediate immune system, like IGAs, it is dependent on cellular immunity and can cause problems hours later.

Reasons why food allergies are important:

  • The largest volume that challenges the antigen or immune system of the body is food. This sensitivity is much more in children than in adults.
  • Food allergies are much more complicated than simple allergies.
