Recreation and travel for allergy sufferers
- Checking the weather news (it is better not to be exposed to the wind and the weather is not stormy and cloudy and rainy weather is better)
- If the weather is rainy and cloudy, go to a covered place
- Go to places that have not been sprayed with pesticides and there is not a lot of pollination in that place.
- The lawn has not been mowed recently
- Pay attention to your clothes and wear long and loose cotton clothes, don’t wear tops and shorts, and be sure to wear a hat.
- Use long gloves, mask and glasses
- If you use gloves, avoid touching your eyes, nose and face
